Structure & Base Frame
The basic building frame is formed from heavy gauge mild steel sections, each fully welded to form a rigid framework into which the wall panels, doors and windows are fitted. The corners are sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transporta-tion, lifting and placing.
Doors & Windows
The door shall be of external opening type made out of the same material as wall panels with door closing unit. The con-struction of the door shall be double skin steel construction with 40 mm thick Rock wool insulation. The peripheral edges of the door shall be sealed with double gaskets to make it waterproof & leak proof. The door interior shall be finished with same material matching with that of the bunk house interior. The door shall be provided with locking arrangement with separate handles on both sides of the door as required.

Our Quality
We recognize that the full involvement of all employees is needed to achieve our goals of providing highest quality & reliable service to all clients.
The Management of Eastern Support Contracting has ultimate responsibility for establishing and maintaining quality and providing the necessary resources for their realization. Specific standards and specifications for clients are implemented through the individual Project Managers and all Senior Managers.
Quality Control and Quality Assurance Engineers are assigned to each location.
The Engineers work in conjunction with the Project Managers to ensure that the required standards and specifications are met. QA/AC Engineers report directly to the Projects Manager.
Daily briefings are given to the supervisors to reinforce quality standards and objectives. All employees are encouraged to report back on quality problems to insure that they are recorded and rectified.
Internal Non-Conformance Reports provide a common means of identifying quality concerns and methods of rectification.
Supervisors are responsible for initiating corrective action if faults or quality problems are identified. The aim is always to eliminate the rejection of work and re-work.
